Whether you are looking for a trainer to help you with your goals toward better health or just looking to join a small group to surround yourself with a positive community, I am here to offer my assistance. I am happy to open my home or come to yours or your community.
Personal Training – One on one training designed to fit your needs and meet your individual goals. Perfect for someone who prefers individualized attention and programming. I offer my support and knowledge to help you not only learn safe and effective exercises but also to have a coach that you can trust and lean on for support, direction and encouragement.
Prices: $50 per session for individual. Buddy Rate (2 people $30. each) $60 per session
Package price: $120 a week for 3 private one on one sessions or buy 12 sessions and get one free.
Pilates – Pilates Mat level 1 and 2 small group classes are offered every Saturday starting at 10 am at The Hive in Bend, Oregon. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength, flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination – both muscular and mental, are key principles. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one’s life . A wonderful way to work on mobility, flexibly, and body weight movements. It’s more than just pretty movements and a strong core!

Find your tribe. We all need community. You can call it a network, a tribe, or family, whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one! Surround yourself with a community of like minded people who want to get fit, get strong and make a better life for themselves while encouraging others around them to be the best version of they can be. This is a small group class of like minded people who are seeking friendship, fitness, and better health.
$10 a class
Women Only Workshops: These workshops provide informative group discussions and helpful tips that encourage a healthier approach when it comes to self-care and self-love. We discuss the importance of creating goals that are important to you and valuing the WHY behind your goals. These workshops teach women how to create healthy habit change, overcome self-limiting beliefs, learn to get away from diet-culture and find a healthy balanced approach to nutrition, exercise and body image. I have known Jenn for over five years and reaped the benefits of her training for the past 2-3 years. I have participated in Jenn’s Pilates classes, group fitness training, and personal training.
First, allow me to discuss Jenn’s personal attributes that only potentiate her strength in training. Jenn is a kind, caring, and empathetic individual. This allows her to connect with each person, whether in a group or individual scenario, giving her the ability to gauge if one is struggling physically, spiritually, or emotionally. This sets up an open and trusting environment that only potentiates the student’s ability to grow in all aspects.
Jenn is knowledgeable and continues to invest time in learning and staying current. She translates what she learns seamlessly into her training sessions while always looking out for the safety and well-being of her students. Jenn recognizes the importance of warming up and cooling down while focusing on mobility, something very important to keeping those of us over age 50 limber and moving! One of the most important traits of a teacher is recognizing the opportunities to learn from her students. Jenn always asks for feedback, criticism, and recommendations; she is humble and grateful for any feedback.
Jenn creates an open and safe environment where questions or struggles are freely discussed. She truly motivates the student both inside and outside of the gym/studio. She incorporates nutrition and spirituality in the discussion, if the student wishes to go there. Personally, I find this helpful, as it provides me with insights and motivation when I am not in the gym/studio.
As you can see, I find Jenn Burnett to be a well-rounded, knowledgeable, and motivating individual and trainer. What you see is what you get, and she walks the walk! She is down to Earth and allows you to be yourself, learn, and grow in a safe environment. I personally recommend her Pilates and weight training classes and personal training.

Taking class with Jennifer is an experience that you will want to have again and again. I honestly cannot think of anyone more passionate and driven about health and fitness. What I love most about Jenn is that she meets you where you are in your fitness journey. She pushes you, challenges you, but she also will be the first one to point out that doesn’t mean beating up our bodies or being unkind with our thoughts when we realize our bodies are not performing or responding to fitness in the ways they did when we were younger. She is conscientious of the outside stress factors that often contribute to why our bodies react the way they do. She listens to your hopes and fears, will be honest with you, and will be one of your biggest cheerleaders. That’s awfully rare to find in a coach. If you crave working with someone who will nurture and foster the mind, body, and soul connection in terms of fitness, Jenn is your gal! Her coaching is top-notch!

“Hi! I’m Emily- a junior in high school. I’ve been working with Jennifer for over a year and Have had amazing results. I feel physically and emotionally stronger and not to mention less stressed and happier. I have always been thin with a high metabolism but began to realize I was basically inactive and never cared to take control of my health. I never thought I needed to. As soon as I started my sophomore year of hight school I was wanting to do something positive for myself. Basically, I wanted to gain muscle and healthy weight. To take this step, my mom and I started working with Jennifer! I met with Jenn once a week and learned so many forms of exercise, proper exercise form, and how to perform them. I started adding working out into my weekly routine and it has become my time to recoup from school and other stressors. Jenn had me doing weight training and some cardio to suit my needs. Her exercises are tough yet fun and I am always so proud once I finish an intense workout. Since the beginning of this amazing experience, I have become more toned and gained 10 pounds of muscle!! “When I turned 55 I knew I needed help to reach my fitness goals. I had taken cycling classes with Jenn and I really liked her style but I was a little apprehensive of a female trainer. Any concerns I had were giuckly gone because of Jenn’s ability and professionalism. Jenn knows when to push / challenge and when to ease up. She took the time to find my strengths and weaknesses. My shoulder is now pain free and has the mobility of 20 years ago. After 2+ years working with Jenn not only have I met my goals I am also training for a mini sprint triathlon. “I have taken pilates with Jenn for several years in both large and small group settings. Jenn knows how to push you past what you think you can do without pushing you too far. One of her best skills to read a person and know when modifcations are needed and when that person can give a little more. She is very knowledgeable and I’ve learned more about how the human body works in her pilates classes than anywhere else. She has the ability to keep things light and fun but still provide a great workout. Workouts are never the same so I have never been bored in classes with her. Jenn is a fabulous instructor and I would highly recomend her.”
