Personal Training – One on one training designed to fit your needs and meet your individual goals. Perfect for someone who prefers individualized attention and programming. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals of exercise or a more advanced athlete just looking for a trainer to keep you accountable and help reach your fullest potential, or perhaps someone in between, personal training is an option for all walks of life.
Prices: $50 per session for individual. Buddy Rate (2 people $30. each) $60 per session
Pilates Nook on Maitland – Pilates Mat level 1 and 2 classes are offered out of my mind/body studio. Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Strength, flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination – both muscular and mental, are key principles. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one’s life . A wonderful way to work on mobility, flexibly, and body weight movements. It’s more than just pretty movements and a strong core. Your body will really benefit from this small group class of no more than 4 people.

Small Group Training: 3 person minimum

Surround yourself with a community of like minded people who want to get fit, get strong and make a better life for themselves while encouraging others around them to be the best version of they can be. This is a small group class of like minded people who are seeking friendship, fitness, and growth.

Price: $10 per-person to come to me or $15 per class per person for me to come your way.
Saturday morning boot camps: This challenging 45 minute fun class will work every muscle in your body. Great for those weekend warriors, Spartan Racers or people who are looking for a challenge and want make friends at the same time. We meet up every Saturday (weather permitting) throughout Harford County. Make sure you get on the email list so you can stay up to date about meet ups. This class is taught by two trainers. Myself and Coach Bob.

“Hi! I’m Emily- a junior in high school. I’ve been working with Jennifer for over a year and Have had amazing results. I feel physically and emotionally stronger and not to mention less stressed and happier. I have always been thin with a high metabolism but began to realize I was basically inactive and never cared to take control of my health. I never thought I needed to. As soon as I started my sophomore year of hight school I was wanting to do something positive for myself. Basically, I wanted to gain muscle and healthy weight. To take this step, my mom and I started working with Jennifer! I met with Jenn once a week and learned so many forms of exercise, proper exercise form, and how to perform them. I started adding working out into my weekly routine and it has become my time to recoup from school and other stressors. Jenn had me doing weight training and some cardio to suit my needs. Her exercises are tough yet fun and I am always so proud once I finish an intense workout. Since the beginning of this amazing experience, I have become more toned and gained 10 pounds of muscle!! “When I turned 55 I knew I needed help to reach my fitness goals. I had taken cycling classes with Jenn and I really liked her style but I was a little apprehensive of a female trainer. Any concerns I had were giuckly gone because of Jenn’s ability and professionalism. Jenn knows when to push / challenge and when to ease up. She took the time to find my strengths and weaknesses. My shoulder is now pain free and has the mobility of 20 years ago. After 2+ years working with Jenn not only have I met my goals I am also training for a mini sprint triathlon. “I have taken pilates with Jenn for several years in both large and small group settings. Jenn knows how to push you past what you think you can do without pushing you too far. One of her best skills to read a person and know when modifcations are needed and when that person can give a little more. She is very knowledgeable and I’ve learned more about how the human body works in her pilates classes than anywhere else. She has the ability to keep things light and fun but still provide a great workout. Workouts are never the same so I have never been bored in classes with her. Jenn is a fabulous instructor and I would highly recomend her.”
